Our approach consists of:
- Thorough elaboration of requirements and definition of the position jointly with the client.
- Targeted search including direct approach of potential candidates within our database and network.
- Personal physical and/or video interviews of candidates
- Due-diligence process of candidates including: performance oriented appraisal (based on interviews, questionnaire and references) incl. strengths & weaknesses analysis, ranking of candidates.
- Presentation of short-listed candidates (complete file including CV, assessment, references).
- Short video presentation of the candidates or questions & answers video format.
- Feedback process with client and candidates.

It is therefore our responsibility and duty to minimize the risks by applying the most stringent and fine-tuned methodology to every selection and due-diligence procedure we carry out through each of our services. We intend to be as flexible as possible in our fees and to adapt our prices according to the seniority of the profile or, for ease of administration and for other advisory services, we can apply a flat fee.

We tend to give constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates and follow up on the successful ones in their new position.
